HR/Staffing Specialist buy in US, Free Classifieds Ads

Nonprofit organization that provides Residential, Day Habilitation, and Supported Employment services to adults with disabilities has a full-time HR/Staffing position available. The overall purpose of this position is to ensure that the organization is compliant with all requirements for documentation, hiring, employee file maintenance, employee development, addressing performance issues, payroll and training's.?



REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE?
This position requires at a minimum a high school diploma, Administrative Assistant, Staffing and HR experience. Experience working with developmentally disabled individuals and an Associate of Arts or higher degree is preferred but not required.?

1.????????? Is responsible for all new hire screening and recruiting, interviews, hiring, employee retention, and terminations


2.????????? Ensures that complete applications are ready for in-take day?


3.????????? Creates new employee files and removes inactive files as needed


4.????????? Performs background, urinalysis and reference checks for new hires


5.????????? Partners to ensure all employees become? medication administration certified


6.????????? Participates with Standing Committee


7.????????? Conducts investigations for employee related incidents


8.????????? Performs training as needed


9.????????? Maintains and audits employee files


10.?????? Answers the phone


11.?????? Participates in management meetings


12.?????? Problem solves


13.?????? Works as a team


14.?????? Chairs special events


15.?????? Performs other duties as requested by the Directors
